QuickTextPaste lets you paste predefined text by using hotkeys. This means that you can create a predefined piece of text and assign it a hotkey. Here’s an example: the predefined text is an email address and the hotkey is Win + Q. Whenever you use this hotkey, the email address will be pasted in to the report you’re typing, the email you’re composing, or the IM you’re writing.

QuickTextPaste also lets you launch programs and run commands by using hotkeys. It lets you assign hotkeys to predefined text and it also lets you assign hotkeys to programs and commands. And by doing so, it helps you work more efficiently.

QuickTextPaste is a portable application. You won’t have to complete an installation procedure to get started with this application on a Windows PC. And speaking about Windows, you’ll be glad to know that QuickTextPaste provides support for any Windows edition from Windows 98 all the way up to Windows 8.1. It will work no matter what Windows edition powers your PC.

QuickTextPaste’s interface is divided into two sections. At the top, you’ll see a list of sample hotkeys. Select an entry from the list and its parameters will be displayed down at the bottom. An experienced user will go over these samples and quickly figure out how to use QuickTextPaste. Still, it’s nice that there’s an Info dialog that explains how to configure new hotkeys.

QuickTextPaste is free software. If you find it useful, show your support and make a donation.
